This program was created based on my experience.
I have two young girls, and had two pregnancies that were fairly similar, and two labour and deliveries that were TOTALLY opposite. With the way my second delivery went, it could have ended very badly, possibly fatal; however, both recoveries ended well because of how I maintained my health during the prenatal stage.
I want you to do the same.
Adopting and understanding new healthy habits that differentiate for each trimester is important; however, it can get confusing and quite honestly, overwhelming. Don’t worry, it’s not all that daunting once you have a plan that works best for you, your baby and your lifestyle.
