Hey friends!

Writing this post makes me feel as if I am inviting each of you into my very own home – virtually and with only one photo LOL! I wanted to share this because I get asked a lot what I buy and eat on a regular basis. If you follow my instagram, you know that I share my meals, but I don’t always highlight the ingredients or what I snack on. So here goes…hope you find this helpful!

PANTRY

Organic Teas & Coffee: I’m not a daily caffeine drinker, but when I do have caffeine, it’s organic, high quality tea. I’m no longer a coffee drinker because roughly 9 or so years ago, I developed an allergy to coffee beans! My husband, on the other hand, drinks coffee daily. He likes to drink fair-trade organic coffee and often orders them online if they can’t be found at our local health food store.

Flours: There is no white flour in our house. White flours have been stripped of all nutrients and is heavily processed, so the flours we buy and bake/cook with are:

Almond flour
Coconut flour
Brown Rice flour
Chickpea (or Garbanzo) flour

Yes, I have all 4 of these flours in the pantry!

Sweets

Like flours, we do not keep any white or artificial sugars in our house. Again, they have been stripped of all nutrients. So what we use as alternatives are:

Coconut sugar
Dark chocolate chips
Raw honey
Maple syrup (I transfer this to the fridge once opened)

Nuts and seeds

Hemp seeds (I transfer this to the fridge once opened)
Flax seeds (I transfer to fridge once opened)
Sesame seeds
Raw almonds
Raw cashews
Mixed nuts

Packaged and Canned

Brown rice noodles
Canned Baked Beans
Canned Chickpeas
Chicken Stock (I transfer to the fridge once opened)
Canned Coconut Milk
Quinoa
Rolled Oats
Brown rice
Arborio rice

Condiments and Sauces

Tamari
Organic Ketchup
Organic Tomato Sauce

Everything above gets transferred to the fridge once opened.

Oils

Coconut oil
Olive oil (extra virgin)
Avocado oil

Vinegars

Apple cider vinegar
Balsamic vinegar

Healthy Extras
