What is it?

The Pregnancy Power System is a 14-day program for pregnant women at any stage, whether you’re in your first, second or third trimester, whether you are high risk or low, or whether you are a first time mom or fourth time mom. Its purpose is to help pregnant women create a healthy womb environment for your growing baby, helping you to have a healthier and safer labour, delivery, recovery and baby. This is for you if:

  • You are pregnant in your first, second, or third trimester
  • If you want to make a healthy change to your lifestyle for you and your family
  • If you want to avoid or lessen risks of pregnancy complications
  • If you want to have a healthy and safe labour, delivery and recovery
  • If you want to maintain a healthy weight gain during pregnancy

This is not for you if:

  • You are not pregnant or are trying to conceive. You must already be pregnant to participate.
  • You are unsure of changing your lifestyle. This program is only effective if you are fully committed.
  • If you are 37+ weeks pregnant. At that stage, the baby can come at any time and I want to be sure you can fully and properly utilize the 2 weeks.

About Me

This program was created based on my experience.

I have two young girls (currently 11 months and 3 years old), and had two pregnancies that were fairly similar, and two labour and deliveries that were TOTALLY opposite. With the way my second delivery went, it could have ended very badly, possibly fatal; however, both recoveries ended well because of how I maintained my health during the prenatal stage.

I want you to do the same.

Adopting and understanding new healthy habits that differentiate for each trimester is important; however, it can get confusing and quite honestly, overwhelming. Don’t worry, it’s not all that daunting once you have a plan that works best for you, your baby and your lifestyle.
